Terms And Conditions

Please note this service is reliant on internet connections in order for One Click Support to remotely gain access to your computer.

We state that almost 90% of all I.T related problems can be fixed remotely with the following exceptions:

  • Hardware Failures
  • Internet Connection Problems
  • Support for Macs is not covered by this service

If for whatever reason we are unable to rectify your problem in the time allocated, then you will need to buy more credits. if the fault is deemed to be a hardware fault then we can recommend or advise on what you need to do.

We can also send out and engineer to attend your site and have a look/replace the faulty part these are charged on an hourly basis and will also incur the costs of any hardware needed.

Although we state that this service can be used on any computer with an internet connection we cannot guarantee the speed of service due to slow connections.

If you are unable to connect to our service due to internet connection problems or we are experiencing busy periods please contact us and we will arrange a convenient time to connect to your desktop computer.
